    Flipbook Help

      How can I make a flipbook in Photoshop Elements 12? I saw a video about it on youtube but they were using Photoshop Elements 10. I can't figure out how to do it on 12.

       

      Also, can I draw on a blank white page/photo the same way I can in paint? If yes, how?

          Having access to all programs in CC I would also like to be able to design a Flip Page type presentation. I have all the text and images. I just need to know which program would be the easiest to work with to design one.
