I would contact Adobe and ask its opinion on this. We are not Adobe here. We are Premiere Elements users trying to help other Premiere Elements users with their workflows.

I just came across the following Adobe statement on Adobe Security matters. Please check it out and see if it helps. Seems like just what you were looking for.
I got a similar alert from LifeLock, but it showed a PW, that did not apply to any account that I had. Still, as Adobe was hacked, it is understandable that some data might have been quickly sold.
I made several checks, to find that nothing useful had been compromised - yet. I will continue to monitor everything, and especially regarding Adobe.
I did have to reset my Adobe password, but that was minimal.
