1. Go to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts
2. Under the Commands dropdown, go to Code Editing
3. Scroll down to Paste 2 (should show Shift + Ins)
4. Highlight Paste 2 and click the - button
That "should" fix your issue.

NB: I had the same problem but the above did not fix it for me as there was no Paste 2 or Shift + Ins entry shown. I could see it in the Standard Shortcuts but not in the duplicate shortcut set I had created which only showed Paste Cmd + V.
Just on the off chance, what I did was to delete the Paste Cmd + V entry and then enter that again as a shortcut.
Result! That somehow seemed to get rid of the Shift + i problem that was driving me potty.
Thanks for your help and I hope what I find might help someome, too!
Hello, i still have the same problem in Dreamweaver CC 2014.1 build 6947.
no Paste 2 or Shift + Ins
Deleting Cmd + V and entering it back in fixed it for me too. Thanks.
The reply marked "correct" on this thread did not work for me, but doing what you said, removing the Paste shortcut (Cmd+V), and then re-adding it worked for me. FINALLY! Thank you
Dreamweaver CC > Tastaturbefehle > Befehle: "Codebarbeitung"
--> Befehlt Einfügen markieren und unten den Behle mit "Minus" löschen und dann unter "Taste drücken" erneut "Cmd+V" zuweisen ("Ändern")
