Where is flash player after installing on apple w/maverick

Installed flash player on apple with maverick but can't find it on dock or anywhere

It's a plugin, not an application. You won't find it on your dock or in the Applications folder.

It IS in the Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins folder.
