Installing Flash Player Adobe log in problem

Trying to install new version of Flash Player. Can not get past NAME/ PASSWORD page. I have just spent 2 hours going to my OLD aol account, setting new password and still cannot get in.  That page has "Jane" as my NAME as an auto fill. None of the passwords work with it. I have tried both of my email addresses in place of my "Jane" and nothing works. How do I get this installed???????

To install Flash Player you need to provide your computer's Administrator password.
