BBci programmes wont play

I want to play tv programmes from bbci player. It says you need flash player.

So I click on the link to downoad flash player.

Go back to bbc i player - still says download flash player - it is downloaded !

Have tried this multiple times. Does not play programmes even though flash player installed

You write "downloaded", but did you also install it?
