Bump, anyone ?
its laggy for me, because of the canvas on the background, eacht bird has moving wings so the browser needs to calculate that every part of a second. so that is why its a bit laggy.
May I ask what browser and set up you are on?
Google chrome on an Sony vaio, intel i7 6gb Ram , 500gb ssd , Nvidia GeForce GT 540M 2.1 gb, Sexy isn't it?
Very nice work. It ran okay for me on Chrome. A little depressing for me - it shows me how far i have to go.
Thanks and d.w I barely know how to code in edge lol but I'm able to build an ok site with the help from this forum!
Nice tho mines 8gb ram 904gb disk probably why it runs fine for me in firefox and chrome,
Was the site usable or badly lagged? ;o

sorry for the late reply ( really busy these days ) but its useable but it only lags a little bit when more birds are being created
As what others have said it does lag upon initial start up, but I think that's cause your drawing a lot at once, but its very cool. Internet Explorer tends to run Everything slower heh.
Don't forget to test on Safari as well, since its the Internet Explorer of Mac's.
And mobile of course, if you end you running to issue with the mobile your more then likely going to have to get creative like I did with mine...
@ www.dd-c.us I made a lil JS ( 7kb ) engine to run a diff mobile version based on if touch input was available..., if your not a "coder" just open it in a note pad and change this bit to add your stuffs instead
//---Edge Version Control Start---
var edgeVersionTrigger = "ontouchstart";
var edgeVersionMouseIDname = "mouse";
var edgeVersionMouseID = 83373901;
var edgeVersionTouchIDname = "touch";
var edgeVersionTouchID = 72673584;
var edgeIDname = "";
var edgeID = 0;
//---Edge Version Control End---
edgeVersionMouseID = "The ID of that project"
Took literally 4 mins to write it so I really don't care who downloads and modify's, have at it if you want.
