I need to re-install my previously purchased Adobe Premier elements 11 and Photoshop 11 as there was a problem and was intructed to uninstall and re-install. ]

My order no for these products is AD002791065 NZ-  Serial numbers - [removed by moderator]

Hope you can help. I am getting  frustated.
