    No access after Security update

      I have an account (paid) that I cannot access s the security change pof password has locked me out. I have requested the link but it does not arrive in the in box. I have clients waiting on information  can someone please advise how to get new password after security change.

       

      I have tries forgot password but again get no email

          Hi;

           

          Check your spam filter for your email, if it is a corporate/company email it may be filtered before it gets to your computer and you might check with IT.

           

          Let me know if you are still not able to find the email to reset your password.
