    Multiple Selection Form

    GrandPo

I'm creating an order form with multiple selctions and photos of products. I want the un-selected items to not appear on the submission form. Is this possible?

          Hi,

I am afraid I completely understand your issue. Can you describe your workflow a little bit with more details? When you say "to not appear on the submission forms", are you referring to the Email receipts that your form filler receives? Or are you referring to the generated response-pdf-form?

          Thanks,

          Lucia

            Hi Lucia,

Here isn the form I'm creating:

            https://formscentral.acrobat.com/app.html#d=fyB9B31SyDfdBEytemZfYQ

If the client selcts one of 4 displays available and then submits the form, I would like the other 3 to not show up when the pdf form is received.

            Make sense?

            Thanks!

            Mike

              Hi,

Sorry, this is not currently possible.  The pdf form will show all the multiple choices (selected and not selected)

              Thanks,

              Lucia
