When installing Flash 11 on my Mac it hangs at 95% and won't complete

I have spoken to Apple who have talked me through various things and are sure it isn't a problem with my computer.

I can only assume you're using the downloader/installer from this site.

Try this: How to perform a "clean install" of Flash Player in Mac OS X

Wiht the FULL installer downloaded, it doesn't have to download and connect during the process.

If the "clean install" fails, post back here.

It seems that the part that was key from your instructions was the part about the Flash Player Install Manager folder. Once I got rid of that, it worked. All the other steps had no apparent effect.
