As Curt said, just post once.  You never did post a screen shot as I suggested in your first post, or as Curt just suggested.

That's because I don't know how to do it. (I did write a new message). Apologies _ I am new at this and finding it all very difficult!

OK, Clanger:  you need to change your entire approach to the forum.

First, stop trying to access it through email.  Use the web interface of the forum through your web browser, log in to the forum and create your posts online.

Click on this link to see how the thread looks to the rest of the world:

You can embed an image or several images in each of your posts by clicking on the Reply button of the post to which you want to reply.  The Reply button will appear in each post once you are logged in.

Then use the little camera icon in the tool bar of the Reply Editor to insert an image:

Incidentally, if you persist in using email to access the forum, for goodness sakes TURN OFF AUTO QUOTES in your posts!

Just look at how awful your last post looks like in the link above.

If you click on the 'Your Stuff' link at the top of the page, and then on Discussions, you can find your previous posts and add to them.  As to your layout, just take more time.  It really isn't that hard.
