Can you let us know exactly what you are referring to with "redeem number?"
Do you mean your Serial Number (S/N), or something else?
Is it correct to assume that you have installed Premiere Elements, and if so, which version, and on which OS version please?
If this is your S/N, is that the one that came with your installation disc for PrE, or furnished via e-mail from Adobe?

Adobe Chat who handles redemption codes should be able to handle this well.

It is all in the link. And, quijote1955 is asking about "redeem number". And redeem numbers or codes are applicable to Premiere Elements as described in the link.
According to the link, a redemption code is NOT a serial number but the code to get the serial number as described in the link.
