    Flex Layers

    FlexBug
      Hello all,

      Is there any way to interleave several layers in Flex.
      I need to have a HBox on tops of another HBox.
      The content in these boxes should be modified without affecting the other.

      Cheers!!!

          You can use absolute positioning, and alphas:
          <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
          <mx:Application xmlns:mx=" http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" layout="absolute">
          <mx:HBox x="150" y="150" width="100" height="100" backgroundColor="#ccffcc" backgroundAlpha=".6"/>
          <mx:HBox x="125" y="60" width="100" height="100" backgroundColor="#ddaadd" backgroundAlpha=".8"/>
          <mx:Label x="70" y="137" text="Overlaying Objects" fontSize="20" color="#000000"/>
          <mx:HBox x="100" y="100" width="100" height="100" backgroundColor="#ffccff" backgroundAlpha=".8"/>
          </mx:Application>
