I am evaluating FormsCentral to see if it will fit our school's online form needs. Not being able to control the type of PDF reader software our form recipients might have, I have used several types of PDF readers to fill in my test form and SUBMIT the form. So far, only the forms submitted by Adobe Acrobat Reader and Writer have been submitted correctly and received on the FormsCentral site. Is it a requirement that a person must open the form, and submit it, using some type of official Adobe PDF software?
Yes, the PDF has to be filled out in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, other viewers will not work correctly. It is not that the FormsCentral PDF requires Adobe software but that Adobe software is the only software that supports the features in a FormsCentral PDF.
That's unfortunate, but I appreciate your reply.
