Hi! Obviously I'm not talking about taking the place of a desktop or for complex 3D work, but I am an editor using Mac desktops and have some road work in which I need to travel and would like ot know if AE will perform well on the new MacBook Pro's seeing that they are hardwired with only 16GB of RAM with no obtion for expandibility. CUDA support - all that. If not, how would a 2011 work? Comparably? I had a 2011 i5 that I found quirky. Thanks so much! - Brian

If you get 16GB of ram then yes you can run AE with the 2013 Macbook Pro's decently. Obviously there will be some performance limitations on ram preview time and exports but common workflows should be ok.
