i am evaluating a trial version of Robohelp server with the primary purpose of getting usage statistics from an existing robohelp 9 site.
Robohelp server has been successfully installed, and I have published the existing site to the general area of the server using webhelp pro. Robohelp server was installed on a Windows 2008 R2 64 bit server, and is configured to use the built in Access database.
I have now opened the newly published site, done some navigation and searching, but when I go into Robohelp server admin and try to run some reports there is no data. Please advise on what could be causing this and how to best troubleshoot. Thanks.
