Flash Player will NOT load

I recently insatlled IE11.  Since that installation I am asked to update Flash Player but it will NOT install.  It gets part way, stops and says to retry.  When I do so the same thing happens.  HELP!

Make sure all IE processes are closed when you run the installer; see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1199361
