    When will more advanced editing options be available?

      Our agency creates many forms. Most are imported PDFs we create in other programs due to the limited options within FormsCentral.

      1) When will you be able to 'swap out' the artwork when small edits are needed? So far - it seems you have to completely delete the form and re-import and start over.

      2) If you need to delete a form - but create a new file with the same name in its place to make edits - the previous distributed version and responses are deleted. Any plans to allow this or fix it?

      Thank you.

          Hi;

          We can't speak to upcoming features.

          • You can edit the downloaded, Submit enabled PDF in Acrobat and make some changes as long as you do not change the form fields themselves.  See this FAQ on editing a FormsCentral PDF in Acrobat:

          • If you delete a form from FormsCentral it is deleted.  You can export responses before deleting the form if you want to retain those responses.  If you do not want them deleted from FormsCentral don't delete the form.  You can always rename the "old" form and upload a new version to distribute.

          Thanks,
