    Flash File Decompiling

      Good Day,

I have in the past developed two commercial applications with Director 8.5. We would compile to DCR or DCX, and the Lingo code could not be reverse engineered - which was a drop-dead critical feature.

I know that versions of flash files prior to -9- can be reverse-engineered and the ActionScript obtained.

I don't care about the score or any artwork in the SWF file - however - I do care about any Actionscript I develop.

Compared to a DCR from Director 8.5 - how secure is a SWF created in Flex?

Dependent on the answer, i'm thinking seriously of just moving to Drupal, putting all logic on a server, and having flex for a fancy front end with no brains.

Thanks in advance for your response.
