You don't... because Android (which is the OS on your tablet) DOESN'T support Flash Player anymore.

"Dolphin" is the browser recommended by Android for viewing content that would require Flash Player. Load it from the GooglePlay store.

If you Google "sideloading Flash Player" you'll see a number of sites with instructions to "force the install". Neither Adobe nor Android endorse or recommend this, and Android warns that you may render your tablet useless and void your warranty if you do.
