1. Re: Marks in PSD's when moving edit layers in PS CC
Trevor.Dennis Nov 20, 2013 7:40 PM (in response to pbartworks)That looks like you had a drop shadow layer style, and converted it to a normal layer with 'Create layer'. Try Alt (Opt) clicking layer icons to see if the shadow disapears.
BTW I initially parsed your username as begining with a 'ph' which would have produced an unfortunate, if comic, alternative username.

pbartworks Nov 21, 2013 12:35 AM (in response to Trevor.Dennis)No drop shadow just plain ordinary text. This also now happens in PS3 too. Before I upgraded everything was fine now all my edit leaves these marks behind.....and oh....haha not heard that before, well only a few hundred thousand times

Trevor.Dennis Nov 21, 2013 12:43 AM (in response to pbartworks)In that case, I wonder if it is video glitch. Are your video card drivers up to date, and from the card maker's site?

4. Re: Marks in PSD's when moving edit layers in PS CC
pbartworks Nov 21, 2013 2:26 AM (in response to Trevor.Dennis)Sorry I should have said.... iMAc running OS Maverick and all bang up to date.....as I say it was perfect before installing PS CC....now it is leaving "shadows" behind all my type on any bitmap images below. If I turn of or delete the image the marks are not present....even tried deleting the image, moving the edit
then pasting in the image again....and yeah the marks are still there....same in PS CS3
