If not, I'll be interested to hear whether Adobe considers you eligible for the Photography Bundle.

This offer is available to anyone until December 2, 2013. There are no previous product ownership requirements.

Yesterday Adobe opened up the program for all customers as a special Black Friday deal... The offer is available only for a limited time as Curt pointed out, although the low price rate for the bundle doesn't have an expiration.
