I've been unable to view the responses to my form even after I paid the subscription fee to upgrade to receive 500 responses. It's been more than a week and I can see that my subscription has been activated but I get a error message saying I am unable to view beyond 5o responses. I've called the help desk several times and each time I have to repeat my story all over again even though I provide them with a case reference number. Then every time, they will tell me that it has been escalated to the next level. I just have to wait. How long more do I need to wait? Is there any other way around it because I need to view those responses urgently!
Do,other "paid" features work? Can you save the form as PDF or use features like "Notifications" and "Email receipts" (options tab)?
Make sure also that it is a form you authored and not one that was shared with you, form features are tied to the author.
Also make sure you are signing into FormsCentral using the same email/AdobeID you purschased the upgrade for, try going to this page and logging in using the same email to see what it says about the subscription:
