You can scale, rotate, move, and skew (shear) type frames and graphic object frames.
Beyond that, do the design in Illustrator or Photoshop and then place into the page.

Yes, I know about the possibilities, but I'm asking about these two happen to me often needed transformations. Using PS or Ai is sometimes overkill and not a practical way.
I remember someone, probably Jongware, writing a script, probably for text on a path, that could scale type to simulate perspective, but the result would not be as good as what can be done in Illy.
I mean the free transform tool and its use. Scripts are not performing solution in my case.

I have the impression that CC so far is common icons and many before him. You can see it in almost every detail. One user has to embrace many different philosophies that I think of competing against each other than supportive. Common icons or color interface is far too little.
