I'm trying to convert a pdf to word doc. Both times, a message came back saying: error occured trying to contact service. How do I get this to work? If it doesn't can I get a refund. I just opened an account a little while ago, confirmed it, etc..

Do you have any antivirus software that might be blocking the connectivity?
