2 you can select frame size by clicking the upper right of the timeline panel.

I want the whole window Timline put at the bottom of the entire width of the Flash application.
Now, It is displayed in a separate window, which is not convenient.

it looks like you have the timeline panel extending the entire width of your flash application.
if you meant you do not want it extending the entire width, move and dock it elsewhere. the panels are customizable to a large degree.
