Diannesz if the first reinstallation did not resolve your current difficulty then it is unlikely reinstalling again will produce a different result. I would recommend reviewing your installation logs though to verify that you did not receive any errors during the installation process. Please see Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.
Thanks, Jeff & Peter.... i trashed the prefs, and there's no difference, i checked the log installs and there are no errors or anything that looks out of place... the only thing i can think of doing is Uninstalling EVERYTHING (CS & CC), manually checking to make sure all prefs are gone and reinstalling, but i HATE that idea!
Any other ideas before i resort to that?
Thanks for the help
Plenty of other stuff to check still.
Edit > Menus.... and check to see if the missing items are listed, and if they are, are they turned on?
Try resetting the current workspace, and try another workspace, and see if it makes a difference.
Create a new user account and log in with that. Is the stuff still missing?
Thanks Peter... i'm working again
created a new user account everything was there...
logged back in as my own account manually removed Adobe folders (and files) in Application Support, Saved Application State, & Prefs for the User...
restarted and launched, everything is back
I tried ditching each one at a time and that didn't work, had to trash everything at once, so somewhere it was picking up somethat that wasn't right.
p.s. Edit>Menus where all turned on, resetting the workspaces didn't make a difference either... weird
Thanks Again! I'm a happy camper now
