    trouble with my 'au' status ???

      hi

      i would like to upgrade to a paid subscription but your system says my gmail address

      clairebyers22@gmail.com is registered to an "au" and that i need an address in 'your country' (what ever that means)

       

      whats the problem with my address, i want to use this one

          Hi;

           

          It should only matter where your billing address is, you have to pay using a card that has a billing address in a country FormsCentral supports purchasing from.  I think that it can make a difference what locale you have your FormsCentral account set to.

          If that does not help, the error you recieved sounds strange and I can't imagine anything about your Gmail address is relevant, can you send me a screenshot of the error you see to jcorey@adobe.com and include a reference to this Forum post (Subject or URL) in your email.
