What version and OS?
And why do you think you need to reinstall? What is happening?
When I try to open my Photoshop Elements 11 (which I have had 2 years and other versions long before that) I"m getting the message, "Elements 11 organizer has stopped working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" . Nothing happens. I close the program and if try to open it again, i get the same message. I have tried everything I know of and I"m now trying to reinstall Photoshop Elements 11. I have my serial number and so far I have not been able to even do this. I have been an adobe customer for years and cannot seem to fina human being to talk to about this. I have my adobe password, my serial number and everything else necessary. HELP!
If you want a real-time conversation with someone you can try Adobe Chat if you can figure out what set of support options lead to you’re seeing a button that says Still Need Help and when you click it you’ll see Chat.
It seems reasonable to try and correct the initial situation by reinstalling.
How far do you get in the uninstall/reinstall process before you have issues, and what specifically happens, what messages do you see, or what unexpected events occur?
And is there anything else that’s occurred recently that may have contributed to the issue, like you’ve just upgraded to Windows 10?
