Make sure that you are signing into FormsCentral using the same email address that you purhcased your subscription under.
It does happen sometimes where the upgrade is "pending" in which case I can forward to support to fix for you. Assuming that you are signed in with the same email/AdobeID, is the email address that you signed up for the subscription the same you used to sign into this forum?
it says "processing" and yes i am using the same email.

this is what the page says: when you go to my purchased services under main adobe.com
however, when i log into adobe formscentral it tells me i have 1 more form left and if i want to use more forms i have to upgrade and if i click it it takes me to two options, TRIAL and 11.99 a month..... so it clearly isn't recognizing that i have upgraded my account..
what should i do?
