my flashplayer keeps crashing

can you please help my flashplayer crashes when i am playing a game through facebook and also while useing google chrome please help

Google Chrome has its own "proprietary" build fo Flash Player, called "PepperFlash", which is modified by Google, embedded in the browser by Google and maintained by Google.

Adobe collaborates with Google on updates and security fixes, but the implementation of the Player in Chrome is Google's.

Are you using Windows or Mac OS X?

I'll need to know to priovide the proper troubleshooting steps.
