I have a problem, click on contact customer support and this is what i get? A forum? Nice "support" page.

Monday-Friday (except holidays) 6am-7pm (PST)

$39 PER CALL (Prepaid - whether they can resolve the issue or not)

Or, perhaps you could provide some information here and we can troubleshoot it for free.
