- First, did you download the 64-bit version of PrE?
- Do you get any error messages, and if so, what do they say exactly?

Please detail where in the installation process your Premiere Elements 12 stops and give any associated error or warning messages.
Do you have QuickTime installed on the computer with Premiere Elements 12? Are you working with a User Account with Administrative Privileges? Is your Internet connection working OK?
Do you have the antivirus and firewalls disabled in the Action Center?
