    Major CRM Import Issues

      Hi

       

      I have been having problems with importing our crm database.. we have quite alot of customers - thousands of them.

       

      We need to have our extended CRM custom fields recorded against the company details and not on individual contacts, as we have several depots for each company.

       

      Can someone please help me with this as we have been told incorrect and inconsistant information by Adobe BC Live Chat that YES we can import the custom fields on the company details and NO we can only have it on the individual contacts details and NO again because we are not paying for the higher plan -  which makes no sense and this has been doing on for THREE weeks, my boss is VERY angry about this!

          Hi,

           

          To clarify, you can include all the CRM extended database item fields when you select that item under the drop down as shown here http://prntscr.com/2nkp4j under CRM -> Customers -> Contacts Advance Import and then download the import template. If you see the feature available in the site Admin console under any of the Resources , then it should work irrespective of the plan your site is on.
