Troubleshooting 101: Replace, or "trash" your InDesign preferences
@AadMetz – Insert a new page after page 3.
Then copy/Paste In Place (or better: move) all the contents of page 3 to the new one.
(Don't do this with "Select All".)
Remove page 3.
If it's only that one document, check for a stray object on that one page.
If there's nothing there, export to IDML and open that.
The "opposite" approach to Uwe's suggestion, and a way to implement Bob's is to do a Select All, then hold the Shift Key and marquee around the page and any objects on the pasteboard you want to keep to deselect them, then press backspace or delete.
No Bob, several documents...:(

Could work, if some stray objects forcing this.
On the other hand, the screenshot does not show the pasteboard visible on the left, the top and bottom of page 3. Does that indicate a different problem? Don't know…
