Problems compiling movie in Premiere CC

Hello, I've been using Premiere since CS6 and for the most part I'm happy with CC. I have been using it to create short sketches mostly but I decided to film a short 25 minute movie. I have all the scenes edited separately in separate timelimes and am wondering how to compile the entire movie together that would result in me getting the best possible video quality. Right now, I have a large timeline with all of the smaller timelines placed in order and am trying to export as an H.264 (mp4) file. For the most part the film looks as expected except there are moments that when there is a prolonged shot, the video will flicker slightly once in a while. It's not as noticeable when shorter shots are put together. Also, the credits at the end are doing something really odd. I have separate still texts that are supposed to change with the music and it works in the smaller timeline, but after placing in the larger timeline and rendering, some of them appear at random times and then there is one credit that never appears. After exporting, the rolling part of the credits look right but the stills are still doing some strange thing.

So, am I doing this wrong?

      Thanks.
