Photoshop CS5 for Mac ver 12.0.4 x64
Somehow I must have hit some hot-key combination that changed the appearance of my PS CS5 workspace to a window that conforms to the size of an image instead of providing a nice gray background the full size of the Photoshop window.
Here is a screen grab of what it looks like now. You can see how the desktop (or any other open application) shows through. Can you tell me how to get rid of this? Dragging the corner of the image window frame works only until the next adjustment in image size at which point it goes back like this.
Yes its called the Application Frame. Not a mac guy but apple help should tell you what to do.

Once I knew what it was, I was able to find out in "The Missing Manual" how to put it back.
