Sorry I didn't type it all I guess.
I thoroughly searched for a resolution before posting. I saw that thread and did all the steps and nothing worked. I was able to put an app on my phone from Xcode. A simple Hello World app. But the same app built in Flash CC throws an error.
*Only on one computer and started from absolute complete scratch 4 times. Completely recreated it after restarting and made new certs and PPs. Nothing that had been revoked was being used.
*was not using a wildcard.
*made sure the appID and app name and app descriptor file all matched.
If I produce an IPA and install that through iTunes, it will go on the phone with no issues, but only show *installing* when clicked.
Just to be clear I revoked everything and recreated it and same error.
I've already succesfully submitted two apps made in Flash CS6, so I am aware of the process.
Still not working and getting frustrated at the lack of resolution.
So if there is no answer to this what should i do?
Should I open a ticket or something?
I've done the process before, but now with iOS7-iPhone5-Xcode5 I get this new error.
I created and published an app in Xcode to my phone so the Cer and PP are fine.

You have mentioned that certs and PP looks fine.
But this error generally happens if the certificate with which the application is signed is not valid, or if the provisioning profile with which the application is packaged doesn’t have the entry of the device on which one is installing the application.
Could you please re-verify the same.
I can take screen shots to show all this is OK, but I did successfully create and publish an app in Xcode so that should say at least the cert is fine.
Just did a codesign and it says the app is already signed.
