okay, all of a sudden, lately i've been unable to access videos set up on adobe flash player. fine. it tells me to download adobe flash player, so i try. but get message that was unable to download. had a version of flash player, 9.1 i think it was, for windows 7. the trouble advice said to get rid of that, so i did. still won't download. not a computer whiz, so maybe i'm doing something wrong or missing something. can't contact adobe by phone, or course, their system won't take my phone number for call back even. so what do i do here? have the dell system, the all-in-one, think it's called the '2105'...four years old now but runs everything else.
Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and selecting the "Save as" option.
Save the files - DO NOT RUN them yet
BEFORE you open anything, go to your downloads folder and run the installer(s).
