    InDesign CS5 won't launch, wants DynamicDocuments plug-in

Hello, I am (a casual user) using Creative Suite 5 on a Windows 7 64-bit computer. I have searched the forums but do not find an answer to my issue.

Ever since trying to open an InDesign file sent to me by an advertiser, I cannot open InDesign at all. When I try to either open a file or launch InDesign from the menu, it appears to start launching, then I get an error message:

When I search through the  program folder for InDesign [C:>Program Files (x86)>Adobe>Adobe InDesign CS5>Plug-Ins>Graphics], I see a folder named (DynamicDocumentsUI Resources) and a file named DynamicDocumentsUI.apln.

I thought of doing an uninstall/reinstall, but I do not see a way to uninstall only InDesign and reinstall it on my computer. I prefer not to lose all of the customizations I have made to the other CS programs I use, if there is another way around this problem.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions you may have.
