Try opening the Project in Premiere Pro CS6 first and then resaving it after conform is complete. You should be able to open it after that in CC.
Thanks and nice idea, but from whom i get PPCS6?
I have CC only!
You are funny Jim, but everyone on this earth with any program has these error designation and on everyone it has an other cause and solution!
By owning CC you automatically own cs6. Just download it from your creative
cloud web interface by choosing cs6 instead of cc.
Alternatively try exporting XML from Vegas pro and then importing in
Premiere. That is highly unlikely to cause issues, though most of effects
titles and audio adjustments will not make the trip.
Sent from whenever and wherever I might have been.
Thank you dkitsov,
but if i use xml ends in this:

Now you understand why it's near impossible for us to solve this one for you.
:-) This works, but not one on one. You have to create a blank project in CC, open it and then you can open the Vegas Project in CC with some warnings that this is an older version of PP Projects!
Now you can save it and then you have a normal PPCC Project.
Thanks for helping!
