Install problem

I am trying to install the Flash Player.  When it reaches about 50%, it tells me to shut down Internet Explorer.  I have done that and hit the retry button but it doesn't continue to install.  Thanks.

go to the download page. close everything that is open, even explorer, then hit the download button. it will install..
