I have never used echo sign before and today when I was completing a form for the Senator's Office it saved my signed form to echosign. What I want to know is where is this form saved at and how can I get to it? It stated when saving that it would send a link to sign in to this product to my email. It did not, now I am worried where is this document at? Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

I am not getting email notifications when a new contract has been sent to me. Can someone tell me how to fix this?! Chat was completely unhelpful and just told me to 'search' here.
I have an enterprise account with 5 users. Have been using it for years - about 4. I want to simply deactivate a user so I can give access to a new user. It will not work, if I check the box that I want to see his documents. I'm afraid to try it without checking that box, because I may need access to those documents in the future. I get an error that says "you area already sharing with this user". and it does NOT deactivate.
I've been trying to get help for 2 days. Tech support tells me I don't have an account (like I said, been using it 4 years, just paid over a thousand dollars for continued use. Or they hand up on me (in the chat), and give me someone else. then after waiting 20 minutes to get connected to someone else, i'm unable to type in teh chat box, so that person hangs up on me.
Finally got promoted to Tier 2. If this doesn't' get resolved soon, i'm cancelling the account and going to something new. Anyone try DocuSign? I'm thinking that would be a good replacement. I just don't have time for this much hassle. I may need to make another change to the users soon. Trying to run a company here.

I utilized your free product to sign 1 document for 1 client because they unfortunately used it.
I can no longer send emails outbound because we get an error message that the signature needs to be electronically verified and even when I send to your support email it bounced back because - said "Needs electronic verified signature " So awful...
I am now going out of business because no one on your team will respond because it was a trial version. Is that how it works you plan a worm with the software and force us to purchase it to get the antidote for the worm.
This is not very adobe like. Please call me immediately with the antidote for the worm.
