We would require some more info to find the root cause for the same.
Please confirm your Ps version from Ps->Help->System info and provide us with the following logs.
You can find them at:

Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers
/Volumes/%Volume Name%/Users/%Username%/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0

I'm having the same problem with updates on my iMac. I just downloaded and installed the latest CC app and it's still saying my apps are up to date even though they're not. When I check for updates from within Photoshop CC it too says my apps are up to date. Can you help me with this issue? Updates work fine on my Macbook.
