Are you installing from the physical media, or from a download?
Are you installing on a PC with Windows 32-bit? If so, which Windows version, please?

You might want to look over the checklist, to see if anything is amiss, or was overlooked.
Could you please read the following FAQ on Adobe Premiere Elements 10 installation discs written by an Adobe Staff member and then let us know what specific category represents your choice for your installation?
And, please name the version/edition of Windows that you are trying to install Premiere Elements 10 on?
By the way, what video card is being used in your Windows computer, NVIDIA or other? That is just an aside question which may or may not be the next issue to face after you successfully instead Premiere Elements 10 on your Windows computer.
