HELP.. i keep gettingFailed To Write Desination file when trying to downloada book

It keeps telling me THIS WHEN I TRY TO download the last 4 books after I had a problem with a bought from Kobo and they told me to diauthorize my computer and reauthorize it, and have problems every since then..

I have an Aluratek Libre ereader pro, use Mozilla and Windows 8... I have tried redownloading Adobe digital editions several time and also downloading an older version and I am still getting the same error message

One reason can be that your ereader is full.

You can check that using your file manager (eg Windows Explorer, Mac Finder) to view the ereader as a mounted drive, and check its properties.

If it isn't full, try copying the files from to device using the file manager instead of using ADE,

and then see if you can read the book on the ereader.
