    Interactive forms

    Struebs

      I want to create a form that is distributed as a web handout. This form will have minimal questions on it. I want to include a submit button that will send the completed form to my email address. I have tried for the last 3 hours to find help on this subject, to no avail. I created my form using FormsCentral, when I go to edit the form, it tells me I'm not allowed to do this.

      HELP?

          Hi;

          Are you trying to edit a FormsCentral PDF that you saved from FormsCentral without the "Submit" button to submit responses to FormsCentral and want to add your own Email submit button?  If so please see this FAQ on editing a FormsCentral PDF: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-3661

          You can also use FormsCentral to collect and manage the responses with the FormsCentral submit button and with a Paid level account use the "Notifications" feature to get an email for each submission.

          Thanks,

          Josh
