I signed up for basic service this past September, and I'm billed on the 7th of each month. On September 17th, I paid $143.88 and upgraded to the annual Plus subscription. I am still being charged for the monthly basic service at $14.99/mo. I'm also concerned that by cancelling one of the two open accounts, that somehow my entire account will stop functioning and I'll lose my forms.
What would be great would be a refund for the past two or three and that I won't be charged again until my annual renewal at the end of the year.
