Win 7 IE 11 pc shows flash loaded, adobe site says it is not loaded

It's NOT in the Flash Player. It's IE11. There are literally hundreds of web pages and dozens of sites that don't recongize IE11, due to faulty code (yet again) from Microsoft, in their latest browser which saw not one minute of real world testing before it was released. If the page can't recognize the browser, it won't recognize the pugins in the browser either, so Flash doesn't work.

Microsoft has been aware of the problem since a few hours afer they released this junk October 18, and they're obviously in no hurry to do anything about it. They recommend enabling Compatibility View, individually, for each and every page that has problems. That "solution" has met with limited success at best.

I recommend dropping IE altogether and switching to something that actually works, like Firefox, Opera, Safari or Chrome.
